About Kilchenmann AG

Good is not good enough - Kilchenmann customers expect only the best. Kilchenmann has been a partner for its customers since 1933 for creative total solutions in the fields of multimedia, audio, video and communication technology. We develop solutions for complex information and communication tasks. The results are innovative training and conference rooms, video and PC-supported large-screen projections, creative presentation systems and much more.

Education and training

Kilchenmann promotes and supports the development of its employees through on-the-job and off-the-job training and further education. We train young talents in the professions of commercial clerk, multimedia electronics, IT, logistics and event specialist.

Family & Career

In order to create an ideal balance between family, free time and work, we support part-time work within the scope of operational possibilities. If necessary, our employees also have the option of applying for unpaid leave. Depending on the function, home office is also an option.

Health

The health of our employees is very important to us. We provide free drinks (water dispenser, tea, coffee). Fresh seasonal fruit is available once a month. We have two showers for sports activities during the lunch break and have a discount at the fitness centre "Body-Gym", which is located directly in the building next to Kilchenmann AG. At regular intervals, there is also the possibility to get a professional massage during working hours.

Compensation / Wages

We offer our employees fair, market-oriented and functionally appropriate salaries. We also compensate on-call and standby duty in accordance with the applicable regulations. Depending on the area of responsibility, we pay monthly lump-sum expenses for representation tasks and contribute to mobile costs. If the business is successful, there is a financial profit share in the form of a bonus.

Employee events

We attach great importance to staff cohesion. Every year we organise various events such as Christmas dinner, New Year's aperitif, company events, family events, floorball tournament, motorbike tour, badminton tournament, etc.

Locations

All locations are accessible by public transport. In addition, we offer inexpensive parking. Shopping facilities are available in the immediate vicinity.
