FAQ

What working time models does the company offer?
Kilchenmann offers working models that allow flexibility in terms of time and location. We promote flexible forms of work such as flexitime and part-time, home office and location-independent working and support unpaid leave. We strive to promote diversity, flexibility and the compatibility of family, leisure and work through our work culture. This is also supported by our annual working hours model. It allows you to work more hours than the average planned working hours during periods of high workload and you can then compensate for the excess hours worked during periods with a lower workload.
Is there an opportunity to get a taste of what you do?
To give you a better insight into the working environment, your future area of responsibility and the team, we even recommend that you spend half a day or a whole day with us. This offer is part of the process of getting to know each other and serves to align mutual expectations. Because not only do we want to see you in action, you should also get the opportunity to understand the daily business better and feel whether you can feel comfortable with us.
Can I reapply after a rejection?
Rejections can be frustrating and disappointing, but they are part of the process. A rejection does not necessarily mean that your skills are not sufficient, but that there was someone among the candidates who was even better suited to the position in question. Kilchenmann is always on the lookout for qualified and committed employees. So keep checking our careers page to make sure you don't miss any vacancies.
How can I apply to you if no suitable job advertisement has been published?

Am I entitled to a company car?

Kilchenmann promotes the awareness of its employees with regard to economical, ecological and considerate mobility behavior. For business trips, employees are offered the most sensible transportation solution in each case, taking the aforementioned aspects into account, thus promoting public transport, e-mobility as well as carpooling or the use of pool vehicles from the Kilchenmann fleet.
