Kilchenmann has been a partner for its customers since 1933 for creative total solutions in the fields of multimedia, audio, video and communication technology. We develop solutions for complex information and communication tasks. The results are innovative training and conference rooms, video and PC-supported large-screen projections, creative presentation systems and much more.

The health of our employees is very important to us. We provide free drinks (water dispenser, tea, coffee). Fresh seasonal fruit is available once a month. We have two showers for sports activities during the lunch break and have a discount at the fitness centre "Body-Gym", which is located directly in the building next to Kilchenmann AG. At regular intervals, there is also the possibility to get a professional massage during working hours.
We offer our employees fair, market-oriented and functionally appropriate salaries. We also compensate on-call and standby duty in accordance with the applicable regulations. Depending on the area of responsibility, we pay monthly lump-sum expenses for representation tasks and contribute to mobile costs. If the business is successful, there is a financial profit share in the form of a bonus.
We attach great importance to staff cohesion. Every year we organise various events such as Christmas dinner, New Year's aperitif, company events, family events, floorball tournament, motorbike tour, badminton tournament, etc.
