Hans Kilchenmann founds a sole proprietorship in the radio and record trade in Wabern near Bern.

1939

Opening of a sales shop in Berne; further branches follow in Köniz, Ostermundigen and Bümpliz.

1958

Klaus Kilchenmann takes over the management of the company, dipl. Ing. ETH. Foundation of the public limited company Kilchenmann AG.

1970

Start of cable network construction for the municipalities of Köniz, Wabern and Kehrsatz. By 1999, the networks are expanded into communication networks and supply 21,000 subscribers.

1976

Construction and occupation of the current main operations building in Kehrsatz with technical centre, sales shop, customer service and administration.
