For the move into a new office building, Kilchenmann was commissioned by an insurance company operating throughout Switzerland to implement the new AV technology.
Initial situation/requirements:
The concept envisaged the installation of modern, audiovisual technology that would meet various requirements: it had to blend into the image of the rooms and be user-friendly and hybrid.
Technical implementation:
The meeting rooms are equipped with 50 or 55-inch double displays or a mobile 65-inch display. In addition, an MTR all-in-one video bar with a 20 megapixel sensor and 120° field of view was installed, which enables a clear and wide display. A touch panel for control and a wireless presentation system ensure easy operation.
The large conference room has a mobile, interactive 65-inch display, a 98-inch display, ceiling microphones and a Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) system with touch panel.
In the customer meeting room, there is a display, a wireless presentation system and power and HDMI connections built into a table socket.
Digital signage displays were installed at reception and at the meeting points on floors 2, 3 and 4 for internal and external communication. These systems are connected to Kilchenmann's easescreen cloud service and show greetings, weather information and other content.
The Roomz door signs were supplied by us and installed by the customer himself.
