With the ROOMZ Display, you have the right information in the right place. Employees can book free rooms spontaneously and directly via the display or the already existing local or cloud-based calendar (Exchange, Office 365, Google Calender or IBM Lotus).
Thanks to ePaper technology, the display is not only extremely energy-efficient - the battery lasts two to four years and can be easily replaced - but can also be attached wirelessly to almost any surface, be it glass, wood or masonry. ROOMZ is installed within minutes and automatically connects to the existing WiFi network.
For meeting rooms, the ROOMZ Sensor is the ideal complement to the ROOMZ Display. After the simple installation, the sensor detects the presence or absence of participants and automatically releases the room in case of empty bookings, so-called "no-shows". This allows you to make optimal use of your resources. The ROOMZ sensor also provides valuable information on effective utilisation in real time; with the desk sensor also on workstations in the shared desk area. ROOMZ sensors measure passively and completely anonymously.
