After seven successful editions in Basel, the conference has also established itself in Lausanne and connects decision-makers in one of the most dynamic regions of the Swiss healthcare industry.
Initial situation/requirements:
The Kilchenmann team has been ensuring the professional and smooth technical implementation of NZZ Connect events for many years. As a reliable technical partner, Kilchenmann assumes full responsibility for the technical planning, coordination and implementation of all requirements - from the initial idea to the last minute of the event.
Technical implementation:
A central element of the stage design was the installation of an impressive, four-metre-wide projection screen, which served as the visual centerpiece of the event. Three trusses were used for rigging and the precise installation of the lighting technology, ensuring atmospheric illumination of the entire stage. In order to provide all guests with an unrestricted view, tiered seating in the form of a staircase-like construction was also implemented.
The control room ensured that everything ran smoothly - it coordinated the presentations, controlled video feeds and perfectly staged all visual content. The PowerPoint control room guaranteed a seamless transition between the individual program items and supported the speakers in the background with technical precision.
The microphone technology was also provided by Kilchenmann - this ensured a clear and easily understandable acoustic transmission at all times, whether on the podium, in the audience or during spontaneous requests to speak.
