A strategic step into the future of the IDS Group - Inno Digital Services AG (IDS) announces that its subsidiaries Kilchenmann AG and auviso - audio visual solutions ag will each undergo a change of CEO on April 1, 2025. This change is an important milestone in the implementation of the strategic goals of the IDS Group and its subsidiaries.
Kilchenmann AG: Patrick Gasser takes over as CEO from Mathias Brand
From April 1, 2025, Patrick Gasser (see left) will take over the management of Kilchenmann AG from Mathias Brand (see right), who as Group CEO of IDS will be responsible for implementing the strategy as well as profit and loss for the entire IDS Group. Brand, who has been CEO of Kilchenmann AG since September 1, 2019, has restructured the company, set it up for the long term and navigated it extremely successfully through challenging times. He will continue to provide strategic support to Kilchenmann AG as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Patrick Gasser has worked for Kilchenmann in various roles since 2011, most recently as a member of the Executive Board. With his extensive knowledge of the industry, he is ideally equipped to further develop the strengths of Kilchenmann AG together with the experienced management team and lead the company into a successful future.
auviso ag: Philipp Burkhardt takes over as CEO from Martin Elmiger
There will also be a change at the top of auviso - audio visual solutions ag, which has been part of the IDS Group since September 2024. Philipp Burkhardt (see left) will take over from Martin Elmiger (see right) on April 1, 2025. Burkhardt has been working for auviso since 2009 and will now assume responsibility for the further development of the company and the implementation of the Group strategy. As founder and previous CEO, Elmiger has built up the company with great commitment and innovative strength since 2003 and established it as a leading provider in the field of professional events and multimedia technology. Elmiger will remain associated with auviso as Chairman of the Board of Directors and will contribute his expertise in strategic matters as a member of the Board of Directors of Inno Digital Services AG.
Merger of auviso and Kilchenmann under the umbrella of IDS Group on track
The merger of Kilchenmann and auviso in September 2024 laid the foundation for the IDS Group. The Group has set itself the goal of playing a formative role in the consolidation of the professional AV market in order to be able to offer its customers a unique 360° service portfolio. With the merger of auviso and Kilchenmann, the first synergy effects have already been achieved, so that the Group is optimally positioned for the next strategic phase. "With the change at the top of both companies, we can continue to pursue our shared vision and consistently pursue our buy & build strategy," says Urs Wälchli, Chairman of the IDS Board of Directors. "This new appointment will enable us to make optimum use of the strengths of the respective management personalities and further expand our 360° customer portfolio in the growing ProAV, ICT and smart building sector," adds the new IDS Group CEO Mathias Brand.
