Wüest Partner AG is an innovative service provider in the real estate industry. By combining expertise, data and digital solutions, it has been creating a sound basis for decision-making since 1985, helping its clients to gain new perspectives and create sustainable added value.
Kilchenmann has already equipped various meeting rooms of Wüest Partner AG with audiovisual technology (including video conferencing solutions) in the past. As part of this project, the former library was to be converted into a streaming, recording and webinar studio so that webcasts could be carried out independently - and Kilchenmann was also responsible for the technical implementation here.
The studio itself was equipped with a 43-inch display and three PTZ cameras, which were attached to a height-adjustable screen lift. To ensure that the cables remain invisible when adjusting the screen position, they were routed inside the lift mechanism. A soundbar, a ceiling microphone and two front and three backlights were also installed. Video conferences/transmissions can be held efficiently and securely in high quality using MTR.
Appropriate default settings have been defined for the automatic positioning of the PTZ cameras in the studio. However, these can be individually adjusted using a separate touch panel located in the control room. It was also equipped with a gooseneck microphone to enable two-way communication (studio - control room, control room - studio). With two additional displays, this room also serves as an editing suite for the programs produced.
The entire studio technology can be operated intuitively using a touch panel on the wall and an iPad.
