In a tender by invitation procedure, the contract for the VIP director's offices in Bern was awarded to us.

The existing AV technology in these two management rooms of Mobiliar was replaced and renewed in this project.

Attika large room: We installed a large Barco beamer with a special lens in the ceiling, which projects onto the wall. An Extron router, a Q-SYS Core 110 processor, a tvONE image computer and a crowdbeamer streaming solution complete the installation in this special room. Two Shure ceiling microphones ensure audio quality for virtual meetings.

The challenge in this project was the architect's requirements. The projector had to be invisible, so it was integrated into the cooled ceiling, with only the lens protruding from the ceiling. The loudspeakers and microphones were also installed in a very discreet and almost invisible way.

Room Attika small: Here a display was mounted and complemented with Extron router, crowdbeamer streaming solution and a Shure ceiling microphone.

Kilchenmann also looks after Mobiliar in the event of service and guarantees a fast intervention time and one hundred percent reliability.
