Endress+Hauser is an internationally active Swiss provider of measuring instruments, services and solutions for industrial process engineering.
Initial situation/requirements:
Endress+Hauser is a long-standing customer that is keen to keep the existing meeting rooms up to date with the latest technology to ensure easy and intuitive use of video conferencing. This provides employees with a pleasant working environment.
Technical implementation:
In most of the 20 meeting rooms, the existing video conferencing systems have been replaced with the latest models. Displays in various sizes and a Logitech MeetUp Video Collaboration Bar, Rally Plus or a Rally Bar (conference cameras) ensure user-friendly and intuitive communication. Lifecycle management ensures that the wireless presentation system in each room is always kept up to date.
An installation with triple projection was implemented in the auditorium, which can be divided into three autonomous rooms as required. A video conferencing system, ceiling microphones and a wireless presentation system complete this high-quality installation, which also includes an update of the existing power amplifiers.
Two displays, a wireless presentation system and an integrated audio conferencing system specially designed for medium-sized and large rooms were installed on the wall in the boardroom (cockpit). A Microsoft Teams Rooms system from Poly is used here for contemporary conferences.
Endress+Hauser relies on Kilchenmann ServiceCare service packages (Basic, Professional and Premium) to ensure the safe and reliable operational readiness of the entire media technology. These packages were adapted to the different rooms and individual customer requirements.
