Endress+Hauser is a long-standing customer that is keen to keep its existing meeting rooms up to date with the latest technology to ensure easy and intuitive use of video conferencing. In this way, employees are provided with a pleasant working environment.
In most of the 20 meeting rooms, the existing video conferencing systems were replaced with the latest models. With displays in various sizes as well as a Logitech MeetUp Video Collaboration Bar, Rally Plus or a Rally Bar (conference cameras), user-friendly and intuitive communication is ensured. Lifecycle management keeps the wireless presentation system in each room up to date.
In the auditorium, an installation with triple projection was implemented, which can be divided into three autonomous rooms as needed. A video conferencing system, ceiling microphones and a wireless presentation system complete this high-quality installation, which also includes an update of the existing power amplifiers.
In the boardroom (cockpit), two displays, a wireless presentation system and an integrated audio conferencing system specially designed for medium-sized and large rooms were installed on the wall. This uses a Microsoft Teams Rooms system from Poly for contemporary conferencing.
Endress+Hauser relies on Kilchenmann ServiceCare service packages (Basic, Professional and Premium) to ensure safe and reliable operational readiness of all media technology. These packages have been adapted to the different rooms and individual customer needs.
