New standards for efficient, simple room management

The digital door sign from Evoko is much more than just a room reservation display. The EVOKO LISO Room Manager is a room booking system with a touch interface that displays meetings currently taking place with all information (e.g. duration of the meeting and organisers) already at the entrance door to the meeting room.

The green or red LED backlighting indicates from a distance whether the conference room in question is free or occupied. You can check the booking status with a few simple commands via the touch screen, make or cancel your own bookings or extend ongoing conferences. EVOKO LISO Room Manager is automatically synchronised with bookings made in Outlook.
