Thanks to the latest technology in the field of customer flow management and digital signage, Amavita can also efficiently manage large visitor flows.
With over 155 branches, Amavita customers benefit from the largest pharmacy network in Switzerland. In order to cope with the sometimes enormous streams of visitors, a customer guidance system was put into operation in the branches at Bern railway station and in the Glattzentrum. Customised ticket printers are located directly at the entrance so that customers can choose the service they want as soon as they enter the pharmacy. Several LED displays also signal to customers at all times where they are being served. Thanks to the organised waiting process, no queues form and the perceived waiting time is reduced immensely.
