Annual General Meeting ON AG, Zurich

On AG is a Swiss company based in Zurich, specializing in the development and design of sports equipment.

Initial situation/requirements:

Thanks to an existing collaboration, the Kilchenmann team is able to regularly support On AG in the implementation of its events. Last year, On's Annual General Meeting was held exclusively as an online livestream. This year, too, we were responsible for the technical implementation. The client benefited from comprehensive support from a single source, including technical planning, coordination and implementation.

Technical implementation:

A mobile TV studio was set up to enable a completely virtual general assembly. Around ten technicians were deployed for this over a period of three days. The team included audio technicians, responsible for the sound, video technicians, responsible for all signal switching, content and transmissions, as well as a director and two cameramen, who ensured that the speakers were always shown perfectly in the picture.

Thanks to the good cooperation with On AG and Devigus Engineering AG, the specialists in preparing and holding general meetings, shareholders were able to participate fully in the general meeting from the comfort of their own homes.
