Swissbau is the leading platform for the Swiss construction and real estate industry. Originally launched in 1974 as a physical event, it takes place every two years in the exhibition halls in Basel.
National and international companies present innovations, trends and solutions from the construction and architecture scene.
Baseline/Requirements:
Under the motto BUILDING FUTURE TOGETHER - trends and product innovations for the construction and real estate industry, the trade fair took place between January 16 and 19, 2024 and attracted numerous visitors to the exhibition grounds. Kilchenmann was once again present at Swissbau this year as an exhibitor, but also as a partner and technical supervisor of the trade fair.
Technical implementation:
Our stand presented two main topics: "Virtual Experience" and "Shaping the future of our buildings through smart building solutions". Innovative approaches were presented in collaboration with the company Thing-it, experts in workplace automation technology and building digitization.
The Kilchenmann event team acted as partner and supervisor in the "Innovation Lab" project. From planning and construction to implementation and dismantling, the crew worked closely with the client to achieve the best possible result. One particular technical highlight was the semi-circular LED wall measuring 15 x 5 meters, which cast the stage in a whole new light. All presentations in the Speakers Corner and Camp 3 were technically implemented by Kilchenmann and supported throughout the trade fair.
