LINDEN 3L AG plans and realizes ambitious projects and events: As orchestrated and curated exchanges between cleverly assembled people, they are ignition chambers for future-oriented leaders.
Where content, ideas and experiences of very different people intersect: colorful and effective. The startup days (SUD) are the nationwide business and networking platform for startups, investors, SMEs and corporates in Switzerland. In just one day, participants meet the entire Swiss startup ecosystem in Bern. The event format was founded and first held in 2004 by the non-profit association Startup INVEST. Since 2021, LINDEN 3L AG has been responsible for the implementation and further development of the platform under the leadership of Dominik Isler and Fabian Wassmer. LINDEN 3L AG finally bought the Startup Days in 2022.
Initial situation/requirements:
At this annual event in the Kursaal Bern, Kilchenmann took on the entire spectrum of technical planning, coordination and implementation as the technical partner. In addition to the arena, twelve meeting rooms were used for knowledge transfer and professional exchange.
Technical implementation:
In order to optimize the technical setup in the arena, the existing technology was expanded to include a mobile video control room, which offered new possibilities and functions.
Additional technical components were also integrated into the twelve meeting rooms in order to expand the existing setup and meet the requirements of the presentations. These included cameras, loudspeakers and projectors. These additions provided a professional audio and visual presentation that created a great lecture experience for the participants.
Coordinating the 13 rooms and the associated staff was a challenging task. However, thanks to effective organization and a comprehensive briefing to all those involved, it was possible to ensure that everything ran smoothly. A well-coordinated team of around 30 dedicated professionals was on hand for the set-up, rehearsals, the event itself and the subsequent dismantling.
