Siegfried Holding AG is a global life sciences company with production sites in Switzerland, the United States, Malta, China, Germany, France and Spain.
In the 2021 financial year, the company generated sales of around CHF 1102 million and employed around 3,637 people. Siegfried Holding AG is listed on the Swiss stock exchange.

Initial situation/requirements 

The client approached us with the request to replace the existing and outdated technology in the existing auditorium. The aim of the new concept was to be as easy to use as possible and intuitive for all users - both internally and externally, in different settings and for different event formats. The challenge was to combine ease of use with a high degree of flexibility.

Technical implementation

The technical implementation comprised an LED wall measuring 6 x 3.4 meters using modern COB technology with a pixel pitch of 1.5 mm. It was supplemented by a high-performance video processor and a custom-made wall cladding.

A 4K image computer, a video conferencing system, loudspeaker and microphone technology and a speaker table were also used. The control center was divided into two racks - one integrated into the furniture and one in the control room.

Two cameras were installed for the live broadcast, capturing both the audience and the speakers. Two loudspeaker columns and wireless microphones ensure a clear and reliable sound system.

The speaker's table is equipped with a microphone, a touch panel and an iPad control unit, which can be used to flexibly operate various sources and connections.

The new auditorium provides Siegfried with a future-proof, high-performance and easy-to-use presentation and communication environment. The use of state-of-the-art LED technology, intelligent control systems and high-quality AV components has created a room that is not only technically impressive, but also raises collaboration and knowledge transfer to a new level.
