On AG is a Swiss company based in Zurich, specializing in the design and development of sports equipment.

Baseline/Requirements:

The newly renovated headquarters should offer its employees a working environment of exceptional quality. For example, the means of communication in a wide variety of meeting rooms should be uncomplicated and intuitive to use. At On, great importance is attached to coming together and "Modern Work".

Technical implementation:

52 meeting rooms (M, L and XL)
Equipped with Google Meet, Logitech Rally Bar and Chromebox PC 55 - 75 inch display, Logitech Swytch (implementation for Zoom or teams etc.) Table connection box with USB-C ports and cable retractor

13 Phone Booth
Each equipped with one display and one USB-C input

1 Corner Room
4-fold display video cube for conferences up to 16 people 360° camera with speaker and microphone integrated. Connection setup/presentation via Google Meet or via four USB-C ports with cable retractor. When the room is not in use, the system automatically switches to the digital signage player

6 Hack Garage
The display in these rooms was mounted in a housing on chains and is now individually movable via a rail system. Equipped with Google Meet, Logitech Rally Bar and Chromebox PC, Logitech Swytch (implementation for Zoom or Teams etc.), junction box with USB-C cable retractor. In addition, content sharing is possible wirelessly

12-way video wall with touch overlay and AV over IP system speakers implemented in the display housing. Camera mounted on the ceiling, microphone implemented in the table. Google Meet / Wireless Presentation or via table - connection box with USB-C ports and cable retractor. Room and building control via KNX. Digital Signage Player for internal (marketing) content

1 Dream Room
8-way video wall with touch overlay and AV over IP system speakers implemented in the display housing. Camera mounting on the ceiling, microphones implemented in the ceiling. Google Meet / Wireless Presentation or via desktop junction box with USB-C ports and cable retractor. Room and building control via KNX digital signage player for internal (marketing) content Both rooms are redundant. If one Dream room gets out, the control of the other room takes over

1 Customer Service
Double-sided 5-way video wall For displaying statistics, open tickets and calls. Interface to digital signage system built

Play Area
Equipped like a meeting room. An LED wall replaces the display here and an additional control system for operating all components including building control

Lobby
Small LED wall mounted on chains and now individually movable via a rail system. Digital signage player for internal (marketing) content.
