The training week is divided into different modules:

- Network: Theoretical and practical construction of a network with different components.

- Service: Promoting understanding for subsequent on-site troubleshooting.
- Video conferencing systems: Overview of different manufacturers and devices as well as practical configuration and firmware updates.
- Practical task: Finally, the participants work together on an installation based on clear specifications and a defined scheme. The focus is not only on the functionality of the installation, but also on teamwork, time management, communication with the project manager and the customer, order in the workplace and the ability to overcome obstacles with practical intelligence
