Adriano Beti (COO) and Rolf Aegerter (CTO) take over from Urs Hirsbrunner
On March 31, 2021, Urs Hirsbrunner will retire from Kilchenmann AG after 40 years of successful commitment. Adriano Beti (COO) and Rolf Aegerter (CTO) will take over his role on the Executive Board.
Adriano Beti (44) joined Kilchenmann AG on April 1, 2020 as Head of Services & Operations and member of the Executive Board. After graduating as an electrical engineer FH, he went on to study for an Executive MBA, among other things. He has successfully implemented countless digitalization projects in practice and has many years of extensive management experience. As Chief Operating Officer (COO), he is responsible for the entire operational business.
Trained electronics engineer Rolf Aegerter (35) is a "Kilchenmann" through and through: He joined the company in 2006 as a software engineer and then worked as a project manager for the company. In 2012, he was appointed Head of Concepts before becoming Head of Specialist Planning. In 2019, he was finally appointed to the extended management team as Head of Projects & Systems Bern.
Thanks to his many years of experience and his extremely sound specialist knowledge, Rolf Aegerter is regarded throughout Switzerland as a luminary in the professional AV market: the qualified telematics technician HF has undergone targeted further training (including Crestron DMC-D Digital Media Certified Designer/Crestron DMC-E Digital Media Certified Engineer/ ITIL v3 Foundation) and has also been teaching as a guest lecturer at FFTon (sound engineering school) in the field of digital audio networks, AV integration and AVoverIP since 2014.
With CEO Mathias Brand (47), Adriano Beti (COO), Rolf Aegerter (CTO) and Marcel Kunz (47) as Chief Digital Officer, the Executive Board of Kilchenmann AG is ideally positioned for the future: The rejuvenated management team has extensive skills and expertise. Customers will be able to benefit from this.
With this step, Kilchenmann AG is completing the succession plan and the associated MBO process. The traditional company remains 100% owner-managed and in Swiss hands, which fills us with particular pride.
