Jungfrau Railways use digital signage for customer information and customer guidance. Kilchenmann is a digital signage partner.
Installation Jungfraujoch"Top of Europe"
The two 32 inch displays for the signposting and the additional display in the Bollywood restaurant show the guests of the Jungfraujoch the way through the facility at 3454 m above sea level in a modern way. Thanks to displays with the latest technology from Samsung, as well as the integrated Tizen operating system, the displays do not require any additional playout hardware.
Installation in the new "Grindelwald Terminal", the heart of the V-Bahn project
At the location of the new railway terminal, Kilchenmann was allowed to install two 85 inch displays in the cash desk area and in the gondola entrance zone. These offer guests to the Jungfrau region an overview with plans of the facilities, pistes, attractions and hikes, as well as operational information and advertising. In addition, meeting rooms in the terminal were installed with 75-inch displays.
Installation cable car Wengen Männlichen, Wengen
An 85 inch full outdoor display was placed in front of the entrance to the valley station. This display also provides an overview of the piste conditions (winter) and hiking trails (summer). The installation points the way for other installations that are exposed to extreme weather conditions and sunlight.
The Jungfrau Railways rely on web-based content with a very high level of digitalisation, whose platform they are consistently expanding. Kilchenmann configures, installs and operates the hardware and software of the digital signage infrastructure.
We would like to thank Jungfraubahnen Management AG for the great partnership.
