Gölä in the Hallenstadion - A look behind the scenes with Kilchenmann

An anniversary concert is always something special - but when an artist like Gölä looks back on a 25-year career, the stage show also has to be a real highlight. Kilchenmann was responsible for the entire technical planning and implementation of this major project. In this article, you can find out what it means to put on a production of this size.

The challenge: planning, logistics and timing in a nutshell

A concert of this size requires meticulous planning and a logistical tour de force. The pre-construction was particularly challenging: As the Hallenstadion was only available shortly before the show, much of the technology had to be installed and tested in an external hall in advance.

In the early hours of the morning of the concert day, all the material was transported to the Hallenstadion, spread across 14 trucks. More than 17 tons of material were installed in the roof of the arena alone, including 70 motors that carried 350 lamps. The stage and 150 m² LED wall had to be set up perfectly within just a few hours.

Everything was ready for the sound check at 2 p.m. on the dot - a precision landing thanks to perfect coordination. The hall opened its doors to the audience at 18:00.

The realization of such a show requires technical know-how at the highest level. Kilchenmann was responsible for all technical elements.

Perfect acoustics for 12,500 fans
The audio system was precisely tuned to ensure that the sound throughout the Hallenstadion was powerful and crystal clear. The challenge was to ensure that the sound was evenly distributed so that every Gölä song could be heard to optimum effect both in the front rows and in the seats at the back.

Light & LED: Visual staging at the highest level
Over 350 individually programmed lamps provided dynamic lighting effects that perfectly underscored every mood of the concert - from calm ballads to energetic rock anthems. The visual experience was complemented by 150m² of LED walls, which not only provided impressive effects but also a dynamic show design.

Teamwork

A project of this size is only possible with strong cooperation between all those involved.
