Through our long-standing and successful partnership with Linden and Galenica, we had the opportunity to realize the event concept (an internal event for Galenica at Kunsthaus Pasquart).

Baseline/Requirements:
Through our long-standing and successful partnership with Linden and Galenica, we had the opportunity to realize the event concept (an internal event for Galenica at Kunsthaus Pasquart). Here, our team was able to provide comprehensive support, including technical planning, coordination and execution. Our client was thus able to benefit from a holistic service.
Technical implementation:
In the spacious room with dimensions of about 16x16 meters in the Kunsthaus Biel, the attendees found their place. The central arrangement included a stage measuring 5x2 meters, including a catwalk. Flanking the stage on both sides were wall projections that complemented the visual experience. In addition, the stage production was equipped with carefully placed lighting and loudspeakers.
To ensure that the speakers, including CEO Marc Werner as well as external presenters, were clearly understood, various microphone systems were used. A still camera was positioned to provide comprehensive coverage of the event. The technical infrastructure also included two simultaneous translation booths, which were housed in a separate room and enabled seamless translation from German into French and English.
The control rooms and the operator for the presentation software were located in the hallway. For practical reasons, the sound engineer was present directly in the room to ensure the best possible sound quality.
A total of 11 people were on site for set-up and dismantling and 7 people during the event.
