Over the past five years, we have already upgraded over 18 meeting rooms, conference rooms and training rooms for Bernmobil.
It is important to the client that the user experience is designed as uniformly as possible. This means that the operation of the technology should be as similar as possible in all rooms so that users can concentrate on their tasks.
All installations include a projector or a large display, various audio components and a wireless presentation system. Depending on their size, the meeting rooms were supplemented with a video conferencing system. The "bring my own device" principle applies to all rooms.
It is obvious that the control center deviates somewhat from the desired user experience. In addition to the projection, we were able to equip the operational workstations with an audio interface (DSP) to connect various communication systems (telephone, radio and headset).
