Innovative sound, projector and lighting technology with 360° service from Kilchenmann
This year, for the first time, we were able to provide technical advice, planning and support for three events in the Kursaal Bern. The 46th Swiss Telecommunication Sumit, hosted by Reto Brennwald, took place for the first time since the lockdown with guests present in the Kursaal Bern arena.
Kilchenmann's event team operated the internal technology (sound, lighting and projection in the Kursaal Bern) and supplemented this with an additional 2-camera system, numerous laptops and specialist staff. Powerpoint presentations, film clips and the camera image were shown on the existing screen. The conference was also translated and streamed in two languages. All presentations from the auditorium were transmitted live to the virtual auditorium to enable the online participants of the Swiss Telecommunication Summit to attend the event virtually.
Virtual trade fair with "Virtualexperience"
This event was held for the first time on the "virtualexperience" platform developed with Kilchenmann AG. 360° service from Kilchenmann, also "on demand" - The "virtualexperience" platform was developed by Kilchenmann in collaboration with Swiss partners in Switzerland. Thanks to the platform's modular system, ASUT was able to choose from various service modules and put together its own individual solution. ASUT benefited from its virtual trade fair with the almost unlimited reach of the Internet. The number of participants increased enormously thanks to fast registration and intuitive operation of the user interface.
