The AO Foundation is the world's leading education, innovation and research organization specializing in the surgical treatment of trauma and musculoskeletal disorders.
Anyone who delivers top professional performance wants to offer their employees a working environment of exceptional quality. Among other things, researchers should be able to use the communication tools in four meeting rooms and a generously designed boardroom in an uncomplicated and intuitive way.
The installation of the four meeting rooms includes an 85-inch display, a poly soundbar with integrated microphone and camera. On the table, users will find a touch panel for operating the video conferencing system. Thanks to this system, online meetings can be held for collaboration and connections can be made easily, regardless of the video software used. The touch panel supports this user-friendly optimization.
In the boardroom, there are two 85-inch displays for dual-display operation. This means that the external participants and the presented content can be displayed simultaneously without any problems. The two loudspeakers to the left and right of the displays were designed so that their height corresponds exactly to that of the displays. The ceiling microphone has sensors that ensure that the speakers are clearly understood, no matter where they are in the room. At the same time, distracting noises are suppressed. Incidentally, it blends in so well with the creative ceiling that it is barely visible. The remote camera with speaker tracking function rounds off this high-quality installation.
A third display was mounted to the left of the conference table so that people sitting at the far end of the table can read the displayed content without straining. When no session is in progress, this display runs image films of the AO Foundation.
Recessed into the conference tables are tabletop enclosures for modern power and cable management. The USB-C ports can be easily and quickly retracted back into the housing via cable retractors.
