Under Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the federal data protection provisions (Data Protection Act, DPA), every person has the right to the protection of their privacy and to protection against the misuse of their personal data. We comply with these provisions.
Personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is neither sold nor disclosed to third parties.
In close cooperation with our hosting providers, we strive to protect our databases as much as possible against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or falsification. Please note that data transmission over the Internet may, in principle, involve security risks. Therefore, it is not possible to provide complete protection of data against access by third parties. However, we make every effort to ensure that our website is always up to date in terms of security.

Data Processing Within the IDS Group

Kilchenmann SA is part of the IDS Group, which comprises several independent companies.
As part of this group affiliation, personal data is processed jointly within the group in certain areas, particularly in the following areas:

  • Central CRM system (shared customer data management).
  • Central server and IT infrastructure (shared hosting and data storage systems)
  • Marketing and communications (newsletters, campaigns, and management of group-wide websites).

The joint processing of data serves exclusively to ensure the efficient and uniform handling of business processes, customer support, and centralized communication within the IDS Group.
All companies within the IDS Group are committed to complying with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) as well as—where applicable—the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties outside the IDS Group, unless required by law or necessary for the performance of the contract.
Access to data is restricted exclusively to authorized persons who need it to perform their duties (the “need-to-know” principle).

Collection of access data (server log files)
