For a successful livestream, a stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload speed is essential. We recommend using a bandwidth of 50 Mbps or higher and a dedicated internet connection. Specific ports should be unblocked in corporate networks, and the option to bundle internet lines and use a 4G router as a backup is also available.

Regarding content, please provide a company logo in PNG format with a transparent background, as well as a background image for the layout. It is important to specify the format of the presentations and whether multiple presentations are planned. If necessary, a PowerPoint operator with a switcher can be made available for quick adjustments. Information about the planned videos must also be provided.

For the meeting room, it is necessary to have audio and video signals mixed via XLR or HDMI/SDI, uniform, high-quality lighting for the speakers, and digital Full HD signals for the presentations. It is recommended that we visit the event venue together well in advance.

The pyrotechnics training program is primarily divided into indoor and outdoor fireworks. Indoor training courses, designated as "BF," are primarily intended for individuals working in theater or at concerts and last approximately one week. They focus on stage fireworks and special effects, including flame projectors. In the outdoor sector, there are two-level training courses known as FWA and FWB. FWA is a one-day basic course covering the fundamentals of large-scale fireworks and their electrical ignition. FWB specializes in large-scale commercial fireworks and allows for the use of unlimited fireworks.

After passing the exam, participants receive a permit to use the fireworks they have learned to handle, but this permit is valid for only five years. After that, a refresher course is required to stay up to date on technical and legal developments and to exchange experiences.

Our pyrotechnicians hold certifications for both indoor and outdoor fireworks.

The training program leading to the certification of competence for laser technicians covers both the practical and theoretical fundamentals of laser technology. The specialized course is divided into single and double lessons and includes a theoretical exam and a practical exam. The course content focuses on the installation, operation, and monitoring of laser technology, health and safety aspects, legal standards, and requirements specific to laser installations. The training is based on the guidelines of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) and is conducted in German. Participants learn in a small, personalized setting with experienced instructors and benefit from practice-oriented group work. They learn to correctly assess and minimize risks, as well as to use the FOPH reporting portal in practice. Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to install and use laser technology safely.
