In addition to an innovative workspace, state-of-the-art solutions in the area of communication technology are also crucial for a modern, productive workplace.

As in 2011 for the Swiss headquarters in Wallisellen, the world's largest software manufacturer also relied on the proven quality from Kilchenmann for the new business headquarters in Geneva.

With contemporary colour accents and light-flooded open-space offices, employees are offered an optimal working environment. In order to actively promote productivity and creativity, state-of-the-art communication technology was also used. The various conference rooms were equipped with Samsung displays in sizes ranging from 46 to 85 inches, depending on their size. Touch surfaces and interactive systems offer groups the opportunity to work collaboratively. A particular challenge in the implementation of this project was the fact that all planning work was created and approved by Microsoft Real Estate and Facilities Resource. The communication between MS REFCOE USA (Microsoft Real Estate and Facilities Center of Excellence USA), the local electrical planner, and the general contractor was a central part of the planning and preliminary work due to the geographical differences in terms of standards (single-gang, FLF, NEMA, T13).

Kilchenmann was able to realise a total of twelve meeting rooms in various sizes. In a total of over 280 man hours, a modern workplace was realised in close cooperation with international partners such as Mace GmbH and finally put into operation.
