Galenica is a diversified group of companies in the healthcare market that, among other things, develops, produces and distributes pharmaceuticals, manages pharmacies, provides logistics services, offers databases and establishes networks.
The Galenica Annual General Meeting was held for the first time this year in the Kursaal Bern. The Kursaal is technically well equipped. Kilchenmann's event team was responsible for the entire technical planning before, during and after the event as well as for the operational direction. They operated the internal sound and lighting system, but supplemented it with a two-camera system and numerous laptops. The entire technical staff was provided by Kilchenmann. Three images were shown simultaneously on the existing screen, PPT in German and French versions and the live camera image in the middle, which mainly showed the speaker.
