Review Swissbau Compact 2022

From 03 - 06 May 2022, we were finally able to get a whiff of trade fair air again in Basel. 

For four days, everyone's focus was on: expanding knowledge, developing contacts, meeting decision-makers. Even though it was held in a compact form, it was clear that we all missed the personal contact on site.

The highlight 

Thanks to the great partnership, we were able to take over the technical planning and implementation of the iRoom, Speakerscorner and Networking Zone again this year. The iRoom was particularly special this year. It is a cinema with a 270° LED wall where the ideas of the partners are brought to life. Here, visitors experienced the digitalisation of the construction industry live on site and immersed themselves in the world of tomorrow.

We showed visitors our virtual room planner for visualising meeting rooms. Interactive 3D design of media technology communication systems. Kilchenmann AG already accompanies you in the project planning and the subsequent design process, so that requirements for the architecture (structural engineering & interior fittings) and the technical building infrastructure can be named and budgeted accordingly.

In order to find an application-oriented, economical and service-friendly solution for your project, it is necessary, for example, to provide the room geometry, daylight and artificial lighting concept as well as the technical access (especially refrigeration, ventilation, electrical and network technology) in the required type and quality for the desired use right from the start.

The required technical operating rooms (e.g. control and technical rooms) are appropriately dimensioned so that economic operation is possible and sustainable investment protection is ensured. The architectural integration of media technology components can thus be implemented in accordance with the design concept.

Cost-intensive change planning that prolongs project time can be avoided. All planning work can be implemented in accordance with the service phases of the SIA - parallel to the construction process.
