Training at Kilchenmann
You spend the three apprenticeship years in different departments:
- Service desk
- Administration
- Accounting
- Marketing
- HR
The tasks you do are as exciting as the departments you work in. These include:
Visiting the branch in Pratteln and Neuenhof, assisting with stocktaking, accompanying a project manager, incoming and outgoing mail, operating the switchboard, taking minutes, managing office materials, processing orders (repairs and spare parts) including invoicing. Invoicing, collecting paperwork, managing expense accounts, managing liquidity accounts, processing debtor invoices, processing incoming payments, dunning/collection, processing creditor invoices, posting expense and credit card statements, general support for project managers and other employees, booking rail travel, flights, hotels and trade fairs, assisting with submissions, processing incoming/outgoing orders, recruiting personnel, preparing evaluations, issuing clothing, entering contributions on the intranet, assisting with the creation of newsletters and social media posts, assisting with events and trade fairs...
In the three years, a total of six work and learning situations (ALS) are developed and assessed by us.
