Adriano Beti, the new Head of Services + Operations and Member of the Executive Board

Kilchenmann AG expands its management team and continues to expand its services division.

On 1 April 2020, Adriano Beti took over the management of the Services & Operations business unit. With this step, the owner-managed company is strengthening the further expansion of its existing services business along the entire customer journey and making itself fit for the upcoming challenges in the dynamic technology market.

Adriano Beti was previously Vice President BU Building Technologies at LEONI Studer AG and CEO of the Zurich-based partner start-up company in the energy sector Adaptricity AG. The electrical and industrial engineer FH with EMBA degree feels highly motivated with the change to Kilchenmann:

"My - and our - mission is digitalisation, but without forgetting our values and roots. The market is changing rapidly and we want to adapt quickly accordingly. We want to become even more agile and continue to actively expand our innovative strength, also in the area of digital services."

New services for the market of tomorrow

Beti's focus is therefore even more on new business areas. New end-to-end designed solutions are to be developed together with customers and partners. Kilchenmann wants to generate new market services and create added value. The message to customers is clear: it always takes two to provide the best service.

The strong partner for digitisation

The aim is for Kilchenmann to be and remain THE integrated business partner for smart total solutions, a companion in digitalisation - from strategy development and planning to the implementation and operation of business services, applications and infrastructures.

With the addition of Adriano Beti and the resulting rejuvenation of the management team, Kilchenmann is not only adapting to the requirements of the new markets, but also specifically to the prerequisites of a digital future.
