Update from Kilchenmann - learn more about Kilchenmann International AG and the strengthening of the operational management.

Kilchenmann AG is strengthening and rejuvenating its management structure: Martin Candinas (40) is joining the Board of Directors. He has been a CVP National Councillor since 2011 and is a member of the Commission for Transport and Telecommunications (KVF-N) and the Security Policy Commission (SiK-N). As President of LITRA Information Service for Public Transport, he heads a weighty organisation.

His election continues the rejuvenation process. Mathias Brand (47) has already succeeded Ulrich Jost (60) as CEO on 1 April 2020. Ulrich Jost continues to support Kilchenmann AG on the Board of Directors, which, in addition to Mathias Brand and Martin Candinas, also includes Peter Stähli (56) and the long-standing Chairman of the Board of Directors Raphaël Häring (57).

Operational management is also strengthened

Kilchenmann AG wants to focus even more strongly on digital transformation in the future. As of 1 August 2020, the Executive Board will therefore be additionally strengthened with Marcel Kunz (47) as Chief Digital Officer (CDO). He was previously Head of Cloud, Workplace & Datacenter Solutions Central at Swisscom (Schweiz) AG and responsible for Professional Services. His responsibilities at Kilchenmann AG include the development of new digital services, products and business models. The focus is on digitalisation projects for customers and the consistent expansion of the existing services business along the entire customer journey.

Kilchenmann International AG founded

In addition, Kilchenmann AG will take even greater account of the "internationalisation" megatrend in the future. In 2018, we founded a subsidiary in Germany. We are also a shareholder in the Swiss Regional Business Unit of GPA - the world's largest specialised AV / UC integration organisation. This unit enables Kilchenmann AG to plan, manage and globally implement collaboration technology projects of Swiss and international clients in Kehrsatz, Basel or Neuenhof- with a global presence on all continents with around 4000 employees in more than 50 countries.

The rejuvenated management is now positioning Kilchenmann AG even more consistently internationally for the benefit of globally active customers. Kilchenmann International AG was founded on 21.07.2020. For the time being, the subsidiary will have its headquarters in Kehrsatz/BE. CEO of Kilchenmann International AG will be Adriano Beti. Mathias Brand, as Chairman of the Board of Directors, will represent the interests of the entire Board of Directors within the companies.
