The Swiss Economic Forum is the leading business conference in Switzerland and took place this year from 23 - 24 May at the Congress Center Kursaal in Interlaken under the motto "Yes! The optimist code". The terms upheaval, disruption and complexity are heard every day these days. Even if there are currently surprises and irritations at a high rate, change is one of the basic constants in business. Successful entrepreneurs consistently use a changing business environment as an opportunity and say yes to new challenges. The motto of SEF.2019 is therefore "Yes! The optimist code". Because a yes is positive, seeks out opportunities and opens up space for possibilities and alternatives.
The more than 1,350 decision-makers from business, science and politics were offered an attractive programme. Due to the connection to national television, the technical requirements for the implementation of the conference are high. Particularly challenging are the many multimedia contributions of the more than 60 speakers. In addition to the main hall, there are also various break-out rooms, which are equipped with a lot of multimedia technology and where various lectures are held.
