The SBB Travel Centre in Lucerne went into operation in 2015. In addition to an integrated digital signage solution, the ticketing system offers efficient access to the 16 counters.
Numbers are assigned to the corresponding counter on four 55-inch displays in portrait format. Both customers andemployees benefit from the optimised service.
