In the course of the renovation work of the Bern City Hall, Kilchenmann was commissioned by the Office for Real Estate and Buildings with the specialist planning mandate for the renewal of the voting and media system. A very detailed and comprehensive catalogue of requirements was drawn up in collaboration with users, operators and specialists. The high requirements and diverse needs formed the basis for the concept, which was subsequently put out to tender for the realisation of the system.
