In the event of a software or hardware malfunction, we will take care of it competently and immediately. We promise you quality repairs for all multimedia, audio-visual components, systems and installations. Experienced, well-trained and well-equipped service technicians are on the road every day to repair your system as quickly as possible on your premises or, if necessary, in our own authorised service centre.

If necessary, we can access a system directly, also together with you. This is done very simply via TeamViewer. All you need to do to access the system isdownload theQuicksupport Client .

To ensure your operation and the availability of the systems, we will be happy to install a replacement device from our comprehensive pool of devices on request.

All matters are handled and coordinated via our Service Desk, so you can always rely on one point of contact.
