Modern customer flow management ensured an equitable order of service and a relaxed atmosphere at Dr. Noyer.

People's health and well-being and their company have been at the forefront of the Noyer family and their team for three generations. In June 2016, the company opened a state-of-the-art, two-storey pharmacy at Neuengasse 15 in Bern. With the desire to provide customers with both a relaxed atmosphere and an equitable service sequence, Kilchenmann was commissioned to implement a customer flow management solution for the pharmacy.

An 8-inch touchscreen ticket printer was installed in the entrance area, from which customers can take their personal ticket number. Using the two information displays on the ground floor and in the basement, customers are assigned to the next available staff member.
