After the renovation of the office space in the Prime Tower, the client contacted us to equip their meeting rooms with AV components.
He needed support for the optimal installation and set-up of the VC systems. The installation and implementation of the AV components, some of which were already available, consisted of various rooms:
Gathering Space: In this flexible room, which can be converted from a cafeteria to a meeting room, a VC system Webex Room Kit Pro P60 including two displays and two speakers was installed for sound reinforcement. The speaker can use a headset microphone to play back the audio locally as well as in a video conference. A handheld microphone is provided for the audience through which they can ask questions.
Conference Room Fraumünster: A VC system including two displays and sound reinforcement was installed in this meeting room. The two ceiling microphones cover all seating positions as well as the rest of the room.
Meeting Room Letzigrund, Platzspitz, Albiskette and Hardbrücke: A VC system including display and sound system were integrated in each of these small meeting rooms.
In addition, four individual booths were provided by Cognizant. These were supplemented by us with video conferencing desktop systems. This single-user solution offers a high degree of privacy.
