Kilchenmann has been one of the BFH's technology partners in Bern, Biel and Burgdorf for several years. Based on the tender launched by BFH and the resulting 5-year framework agreement, Kilchenmann AG has been providing support at all BFH locations since 1 July 2017, with a total of over 340 multimedia installations. Associated with this is the responsibility for the AV equipment as well as for the maintenance and support of the systems in the training rooms, meeting rooms, lecture halls and auditoriums. Thanks to regular remote monitoring from Kehrsatz, failures and errors can be detected and remedied promptly.
With the conclusion of the framework agreement, Kilchenmann AG ensures BFH the greatest possible availability of the rooms and thus the smoothest possible school operation with short reaction and intervention times in the event of service and regular maintenance intervals. Standardised components not only allow spare parts management to be optimised, but downtimes can also be kept as short as possible with replacement components available on site.
